Locals fuel Haiti relief

Thanks to the desire of one student to help the people of Haiti, Travis Elementary is lending their efforts to a local church to help bring relief to the country.
After a large earthquake devastated the island nation two weeks ago, Elizabeth Wadsworth, a second-grader at Travis, told her teacher, Diana Culpepper, that she wanted to do something to help the Haitians, some of whom lost everything.

“That touched something in her and she really wanted to help,” Culpepper said of Elizabeth.
