Weight loss is incremental

A local dietician visited the Ennis Rotary Club to give the members tips on eating a healthy diet.
Alison Wright, dietician at Ennis Regional Medical Center, said that incremental changes are the key to long-term weight loss.

“These little changes can make a significant difference in the calories we eat,” Wright said.

One change is cutting down on portion sizes, she said.
“It’s not necessarily what you eat, but how much,” Wright said.
