Arrests made after rash of burglaries

A Corsicana woman faces four counts of burglary of a building and one count of criminal mischief after she and a group of others were identified as being responsible for a rash of burglaries from park concession stands and school facilities, Ennis police said this week. Tiauna Marie Goodnight, 20, was booked into the Wayne McCollum Detention Center on June 20, where she is being held on a $20,000 bond on the fours counts of burglary of a building and a $1,500 bond for criminal mischief. According to a search on the Ellis County Sheriff’s Department database, Goodnight is still listed as an inmate. Police said Goodnight and others may be responsible from stealing from the concession stands at Veterans Memorial Park on April 15 and on a separate occasion stole from the concession stands at Ennis ISD Lion Memorial stadium.
