Boys & Girls Club announces expansion


If attendance at Tuesday’s annual Boys and Girls Club Steak and Burger Dinner was an indication of community support, their future is surely bright. Before a packed crowd in the Tabernacle Church gym, the life and vision of the club was clearly exhibited and a reported $30,000 was raised for the community outreach for kids. Still, the call for businesses, organizations and individuals to pledge financially remains real. Perhaps the highlight of the night was the recognition that D.J.
