Break-in jars county SPCA; 2 dogs dead

The Ellis County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in finding those responsible for a break-in at the Ellis County SPCA that left two dogs dead.

ECSO spokesperson Joann Livingston said investigators believe the break-in occurred between the hours of 5 p.m. Monday and 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.
