The Jim Lake Group may not be doing any development in Ennis after all.

Commissioners have held their working proposal for downtown redevelopment grants at 30 percent for tornado-damaged structures — below what the Lake Group has said would be necessary for them to move forward on a possible redevelopment project on the building at 213 W. Ennis Ave.
