Nearing 20 years of chasing the Bah-Humbug from town, the Lights of Ennis is just days away from

officially kicking off the holiday season.

Slated for the downtown historic district from 5-9 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 3, the Christmas Parade of

Lights and block party will take place. The corner of North Dallas and West Knox streets will serve as

the center stage. A schedule chocked full of attractions will provide something for all ages.

“This years’ Lights Of Ennis will have a variety of things to look at and do the whole month of

December,” says Amelia Valdez, LOE president.
