County battles illegal dumping

Precinct 2 Commissioner Bill Dodson drove down the winding country roads Wednesday afternoon, and it didn’t take long to spot evidence of what he calls “an ongoing battle.”
Under three of the bridges Dodson saw that day were unwanted furniture, bags of garbage and other discarded refuse.
