Prosecutors’ office adding canine

County and District Attorney Patrick Wilson will speak at the Tuesday morning meeting of the Ellis County Commissioners Court on his plans to get a companion animal for his office.

Assistant County and District Attorney Ann Montgomery-Moran said the dog will be used to help comfort victims of traumatic violence and help them feel at ease giving testimony.
