Court accepts Howard as temporary Pct. 4 Constable

Howard was selected by Dallas Judge Jim Jordan to serve as Pct. 4 Constable in place of Mike Jones who has been temporarily removed from the position after a hearing last week. Howard told the court last week that he works part-time with the DeSoto Police and is an instructor with the Navarro College Police Academy. Prior to working at DeSoto, Howard served for more than 30 years with the Dallas County Sheriff ’s Office. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy.
