ECSO’s investigations chief retires

At his retirement reception at the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office, Lt. Rick White (left) was presented a plaque by Investigator Joe Fitzgerald.

After more than 30 years in law enforcement — the last several with the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office — Lt. Rick White has retired.

During his tenure with ECSO, White worked in the Criminal Investigations Division and was its supervising lieutenant at the time of his retirement.
