Educator speaks at White House

One Ennis resident was recently invited to speak at the White House about technology in education. Rafranz Davis, a math teacher at Ennis High School from 2005 to 2012, currently works as the Instructional Technology Director for Arlington Independent School District and went to Washington, D.C. for a ConnectED conference, where President Obama said 99 percent of the nation’s students will have access to broadband wifi connections by 2017.
