Ellis County Commissioners Court


Ellis County Commissioners Court met in regular session on April 23, 2019 to consider 15 items on the agenda. The Court considered rescinding an agreement between the Court and Ferrer, Poirot, and Wansbrough, Fears, Nachawati, Motley, Rice and Attorney Aaron Wiley to represent Ellis County in any claims it might have against Purdue Pharma, L. P., Pardue Pharma, Inc, and other corporations and entities responsible for violations of law in the fraudulent marketing and sale of certain highly addictive, opiate-derived painkillers.
