EPD bust ‘Hookah Pimp’ owner

Detectives arrested the owner of a local smoking accessories shop on Tuesday pending charges of drug possession.

Det. Sgt. Mike Hopson of the Ennis Police Department said the detectives sent a criminal informant into the HP Smoke Shop, better known as the “Hookah Pimp,” located in the 800 block of E. Ennis Avenue.
