e to $115,000 in misdemeanor fines, turned herself in to investigators Friday morning in Midlothian.

The 55-year-old Ennis woman was indicted by an Ellis County grand jury on June 29. The official charge for Rosales is theft by public servant greater than $30,000 and less than $150,000.

Rosales is accused of stealing the $115,000 over a three-year period from 2012 to 2015, when she resigned from her position abruptly.
