Hatchel leads city in transition

John Hatchel is confident Ennis is poised for a period of strong growth.

The interim city manager, himself a former assistant manager and lead manager in places like Abilene, Plainview and Waco, points to the city’s institutionalized sense of teamwork, its strong financial position and its geographic location as his reasons.
