In the air, on the air

Phil Bankerphil@ennisdailynews.com

Ennis native Craig Meier’s aerial exploits have landed him a weekly television show.

Meier is the co-owner of Heli-Hunter, an airborne feral hog eradication business currently featured on a Sportsman Channel reality of the same name.

Meier said the show focuses on the damage caused by the growing feral hog population, and their efforts at controlling it through aerial hunting. The show, which will run for eight episodes as of now, airs at 7:30 p.m. on the Sportsman Channel.
