Incentives package up for final OK

The Ennis City Commission will hold its second and final vote on the city’s historic preservation incentives for downtown Monday.

The second vote comes after a first-reading approval at the Dec. 2 meeting, which featured an appearance by the Jim Lake Company, much-touted developers from Dallas who have bought at least one piece of downtown property here.
