Magnablend cited again

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration hit Magnablend with seven health and safety violations on Friday, resulting from the Oct. 3, 2011 fire that destroyed the central facility.

Investigators with OSHA’s Fort Worth office found that employees were exposed to fire hazards due to inadequate ventilation, which can create an accumulation of flammable vapors that lead to a fire or explosion.
