Duke Burge recently announced his intention to seek election in the Republican primary as the District 10 representative in the Texas House of Representatives.

Burge seeks to fill the void left by longtime budget chair and District 10 Rep. Jim Pitts, who announced in August he would not seek re-election in March 2014.
