Record-breaking year for Thursday’s Lights of Ennis

While the Lights of Ennis Parade has not yet happened organizers can pat themselves on the back for it being a success already this year. That’s because it will be a record-breaking year in terms of the number of float entries. This year’s entries are up to 70, while
last year the event featured 50 floats. “Because of the number of lights being needed, everyone did a great job,” said Jeannette Patak, President of the Ennis Chamber of Commerce. “All the businesses really go all out.
