Shooting suspect remains at large

The third suspect wanted in relation to an incident last week in which shots were fired into a home in the 400 block of Avenue C and later at an Ennis police officer is still on the loose, according to Ennis Police Department spokesman Lt. Mike Hopson.

“We have some leads, but we’re not really sure about where he might be,” Hopson said. “But we don’t think he’s a threat to anyone in Ennis right now.”
