At Thursday night’s joint city commission/planning-and-zoning meeting, Pavlick and Associates reported above average feedback from a survey sent out in September to gain feedback from residents about the state of Ennis currently and how it can improve going forward.

President of Pavlik and Associates, Linda Pavlik said that out of the 5,564 packets emailed mailed out to individuals whom receive water bills, 1,207 responded.

“We usually see a 3 to 5 percent return,” she said, “To see a 20-percent return is amazing.”
