Trustees set sights on goals

The Ennis ISD School Board took no action Tuesday after discussing goals for the district and assessing the performance of Superintendent Barbara Qualls.

Trustees spoke about goal-setting for two and a half hours before going into executive session to discuss Qualls’s evaluation. The board returned from executive session shortly before 10 p.m., choosing to take no public action regarding Qualls’ contract.
