Senior Dorian Strawn and Heath Vernor delivered big performances in the district and area Class 5A Track & Field meets in Joshua.
Vernor qualified for regionals in the discus with a gold medal showing against a strong field. Strawn also earned a regional berth as the silver medalist in the shot put and was fourth in the discus.
