Head Coach Jesse Tovar and the Ennis Lions varsity soccer team, powered by players like Sebastian Hernandez, open the 2024 season on Thursday, Jan. 2, in the Ice Bowl. The match is against Centennial HS at 2:15pm.
The Lions were 11-5- 2 last year, winning the district crown with a 9-2- 1 mark. Tovar’s club did even better in 2023 at 18-4- 2 in all matches, 10-1-1 in league play.
