Palmer Baseball had little offense this season, and an 8-19 finish wasn’t cause for much tail-wagging either. The young Bulldogs did, however, qualify for the playoffs with a fourth place, 6-8 mark in District 18-3A. The Dirt Dawgs were shutout eight times, including twice against Troy (28-4), 9-0 and 5-0, in the playoffs.
