Bobby Gene Christian – Obituaries

Bobby Gene Christian, 81, passed away in Ennis on September 11, 2018. He was born on October 31, 1936, to Edward J. Christian and Lillie Serina (Shaw) Christian. He was retired from the Southern Pacific Railroad and also served his country in the United States Army. Bobby loved gardening, farming, hunting and fishing. He also looked forward to the special times with his family. Bobby is survived by his children, Debbie Christian and Steve Christian, and Shannon Quintanilla; grandchildren, Karen, Michael, Christi, Angela, Robin, Brittany, Alan Michael; great-grandchildren, Anastasia, Alester, Skylar, Rudy, Jayden, Rilynn, Kenzie, Devon, Nathan, Paige, Peyton, and Kaylie; sister Dorothy McCoy, brother Donnie Christian, numerous nieves and nephews; friends Richard and Irene Angllin.. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Lillie Christian; brothers James Christian, Cecil Christian; sister Betty Mitchell and great-grandson, Hunter. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at Noon at the American Legion Hall in Ennis, Texas.
