Claudio Amador, Jr.

Claudio Amador, Jr., 55, passed away in Ennis, Texas on Thursday, November 30, 2017. Claudio was born in Ennis, Texas on June 7, 1962 to Claudio and Sundee (Delarosa) Amador, Sr. He grew up in Ennis and graduated from Ennis High School in 1981. He worked for Magnablend and Sherwin Williams for several years as a supervisor and for Agriculture Warehouse and Kmart as a manager. He was a member of the St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church of Ennis. He was a kind hearted person who never met a stranger. He was always ready to help a friend or anyone who needed a hand. He is survived by his son, Claudio Amador III; a granddaughter, Angelina Amador; his mother, Sundee Amador; four brothers: Robert Amador and wife, Delores “Dee Dee”, Frank Amador, Peter Amador and Joseph Amador; two sisters: Norma Jean Martinez and Irene Jane Hernandez and husband, Erasmo “Eddie” along with a host of extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Claudio Amador, Sr. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 3, 2017 from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary Chapel in Ennis with Rosary at 5 p.m. Mass of the Christian Burial will be held on Monday, December 4, 2017 at 10 a.m. at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church with Father John Dick as celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery under the direction of J.E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
