Edna Beasley

Edna Beasley, 88, passed away in Ennis, Texas on Monday, November 12, 2018. Edna was born in Crisp, Texas on February 28, 1930 to Charlie and Opel (Wishom) Minter. She grew up in Bardwell and graduated from Bardwell High School. She married William “Billy” Beasley and they lived in Ennis. She worked for Landmark Savings and Loan as a Teller. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and IOOF. She was an immaculate housekeeper. She is survived by a son, Nolan Gerron; four grandchildren; three brothers: Wayne Minter and wife, Shirley, Eugene Minter and wife, Patricia and Larry Minter along with a host of extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, William “Billy” Beasley. Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 14, 2014 at 9 a.m. until service time. A Celebration of her life was held on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at 10 a.m. in the J.E. Keever Mortuary of Ennis. Private interment was held in Myrtle Cemetery under the direction of J.E.
