Sonny was my birth father. I am saddened to learn of his passing and my tears are flowing too late for him to know I did care about him even though there was distance between us. It’s comforting to know that he will be eternally happy in Heaven. Rest in peace with grandmother and I’ll see you up there when God calls me home one day.
