Frank Michael Bartolic

Frank Michael Bartolic, 62, left his earthly home on Sunday, April 8th, 2018. Frank was born in Sharon, PA on June 23, 1955 to Francis and Mary (Spelich) Bartolic. He grew up in Transfer, PA and obtained a B.S. for Industrial Engineering from Youngstown State University. On November 15th, 1980, he married the love of his life, Sonia Patricia O’Campo, and they made their home in Ennis, TX. Frank completed a fulfilling career spanning from Owens Corning (1978-1984), GAF (ELK) (1984-2012) and most recently retired from Polyguard Products on January 1, 2018. Frank Bartolic was a member of the St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church. He was also a member of United Way, Lions Club, Child Advocacy Center, Gingerbread House, and the Knights of Columbus. Frank was a humble man, never bragging on the multiple awards he received in recognition for his service. In addition to his service in the community Frank enjoyed riding his motorcycles, scuba diving, flying planes and helicopters, and working on his various projects. The joys of his life were his family and he will be missed by them fiercely, including his wife of 37 years Sonia Bartolic; daughters, Nancy Everett and husband Jay, of Benton, Arkansas, Lisa Garrison and husband Jason, of Ennis, Texas, and Anne Bartolic and fiancée Stephen Locklear, of Grand Prairie, Texas; grandchildren Easton and Emerson Everett, and Oliva Garrison. He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mary Bartolic; and daughter, Charlene Bartolic. Visitation will be held at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 12, 2018. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 13, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church. Reception to follow at the Knights of Columbus Hall. In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made to the Lions Club of Ennis, TX. Donations can be mailed to Ennis Noon Lions Club, 1104 Mount Vernon, Ennis, TX 75119.
