Randall Neil Willis – Obituary

He was a founding partner of Shaw, Willis & Witherspoon, CPAs, now known as Yeldell, Wilson, Wood & Reeve, PC. He was a member of the Church of Christ of Bristol. His family was the light of his life. Randy is survived by his wife of 35 years, Tracie Johnson Willis; his two sons and their wives, Kent and Molly Tenney Willis and Keelan and Cherry Xue Willis; his brother, Dan Willis, and sister-in-law Deonna Toomey Willis; his brother- and sister-in-law Greg and Kimberly Hall Johnson; his mother-in-law Dorris Tillery Johnson; his niece Caitlyn Willis Keller and nephew Caleb Willis and their families; and his father and stepmother Randall Sims and Marty Walker Willis. He is preceded in death by his mother, Janie Jeffers Willis. Pallbearers will be Dan Willis, Greg Johnson, Caleb Willis, Rob L. Witherspoon, Vernon L. Witherspoon, and Gary Witherspoon.
