Tedious work for a greater cause

Ennis Junior High School eighth graders in Richard Nash’s AVID class helped fold bags to make luminarias for the Ennis Relay for Life, which will be held April 24.
Luminarias are used to honor those who have died due to cancer, have beat cancer or are currently fighting the disease. Pictured above are Ezekiel Chavez (left) and Ruby Sanchez doing their part to fold the bags for the ceremony.
