EDN’s top 10 offensive performances in 2010

Every year around the time Santa comes to town, I like to recall the best showings I saw during the Lion football season.
I’ve got my top 10 put together, and while it heavily features a familiar trio, there are a couple of fresh faces mixed in as well. Without further ado, let’s see who these Lions are and what they were able to accomplish.

10. Fred Carroll vs. Terrell
In a game where almost everything seemed to go wrong for the Lions, this senior running back finished his career on a high note with 15 carries for 62 yards. His teammates combined for 20 yards on 17 totes that night, so Fred deserves high marks for his solid average.

“Fred is a good kid and he’s a guy who deserved to get some snaps, so I was proud of him,” said coach Steve Marrow.
