Bulldogs sailing with full force air game

Black and Gold are in vogue this fall in the blue-collar town of Palmer. They may have only one district championship in the school’s history, but it came in 2014 during Don Waddle’s inaugural season, and he just might double that total by November. The strong arm of quarterback Ty Mitchell along with a host of wide-outs sparked Palmer to a deep run in the 7-on-7 state tournament four years ago. That fall the ‘Hounds howled their way to an 8-2 mark and the district title bone. Adrian Cisneros, a mobile pivot was quite the gunslinger in May as he led the ‘Dawgs to the state finals in 7-v-7 before falling in overtime, 34-27, to Gunter.
