Catching up with Kitna, Alvarez, former Lions


Former Waxahachie head coach Jon Kitna departed for a similar position in Phoenix, Arizona with Brophy College Preparatory, an all-male Jesuit High School. His Broncos finished higher than his three ‘Hachie teams by going 7-3 this fall. The team was third in their district behind Chandler (9-1), whom they lost to, 56-7, as well as Perry (8-2), who busted the Broncos, 31-3.
