JV Lions T&F team edged by Red Oak Teams wins three firsts, six 2nd place awards


Performing at a fevered pitch that points brightly to next year, the Ennis junior varsity track and field team took second place, narrowly, at the District 14-5A meet at Joshua. Red Oak eked past the Lions, 157 to 153 in team points. A young and athletic lineup did not disappoint, racking up hardware throughout the competition. The event took place over two days.
