Ennis, Palmer, Ferris to learn district fate on Monday

High schools across the state will learn on Monday morning which district they are assigned to by the University Interscholastic League. The alignments will last for the next two seasons.

Classification numbers, based on enrollment figures, were released by the UIL in December. As a result a number of schools have moved up or were lowered, which coincides in many districts realigning. Ennis will remain in Division II of Class 5A while Palmer is likely to rise to Class 3A’s Division I.
