Now 14-9, Ennis enters district season

Ennis took to the road on Friday, then rolled past Jacksonville, 3-1, in the first District 17-5A volleyball match of the season at the John Alexander Gymnasium. The Lady Lions, now 14-9 overall, won the first two games, 25-14 and 25-17, dropped the third, 25-19, before clinching the victory with a 25-17 triumph on the former campus of Lon Morris College. Ennis was led by a trio of players, including
