Palmer Clawing for Playoff Life Local Hoops Teams Advancing to Bi-Districts

After a come-from-behind thriller, a 56-49 triumph over Eustace on Tuesday, the Palmer boys basketball team, now 18-11 overall and 6-6 in District 18-3A, were in contention for a playoff berth heading into this weekend. The Bulldogs, trailing 25-21 at the break, put the clamps on Eustace in an 18-5 third period and went on to win on Tuesday. Adrian Cisneros scored 19 points, all but two coming after halftime, and Dylan Villasenor contributed 13, eleven in the second half.
