In a playoff game in which both teams lived up to their billing, a well-seasoned and superior Reedy (11-0) team ranked No. 10 in the state easily rolled past outmatched and young Ennis (5-5) by a 47-21 verdict in the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco. The green-cladded Lions advance to face Midlothian (9-2), a 42-13 upset winner at Red Oak (9-2) on Friday night. In their seventh consecutive playoff appearance, however, it was Ennis who looked anxious, with five early illegal procedure penalties. By the time they scored on a sensational seven-yard grab by junior tight end, Jarius Jones, the Maroon Lions were in a 22-0 hole.
