Tayler-made for Grambling

Anticipation for a new season has never been greater for Grambling State University softball player Taylor Lenz-Selvera. The former Ennis All-District outfielder reports to camp in over a week in preparation of her junior campaign for the NCAA Division I Lady Tigers. “I’m coming off of my best off-season ever,” she said on Friday. “There is so much positive energy in Grambling (253 mi. east of Ennis). We have a new coach, a new attitude, new threads and new equipment.” True, GSU hired Nakeya L. Hall as the new coach a year after she was named the SWAC (Southwestern Athletic Conference) Coach of the Year at Alabama A&M last season.
