A year in green was enough for Zac Harrell. The Offensive Coordinator at Waxahachie last fall was hired in mid-January as both Head Coach of football and Athletic Director at Class 4A Athens.
Having held OC-type positions at Van, Prosper, Sweetwater, Denton Ryan and Alvarado before 2018 in ‘Hachie, Harrell takes over for the Hornets, who like Ennis, sport maroon colors.
