Interesting word, ligature. It has a few definitions, and one of them is appropriate when discussing a pair of the most noteworthy employees within the Waxahachie Independent School District. High school football coach, Jon Kitna, a lightning rod since being hired nearly three years ago, and WISD superintendent, Dr. Jeremy Glenn, who began in 2013, could be house shopping. While he has been known for several positive leadership milestones, his bold hiring of Kitna will likely be a ligature tying him to the controversial coach.
