West Dallas’ Trinity Groves owner teams with KDC, Gensler to woo Amazon HQ2

The West Dallas district anchored by the successful Trinity Groves restaurant complex is the latest site inside the Dallas city limits to disclose it’s going after Amazon HQ2. West Dallas Investments, which owns Trinity Groves and surrounding acres, has partnered with developer KDC and architecture firm Gensler to submit a proposal to Amazon.com. It’s one of a handful of local properties that so far has publicly disclosed an offer to house the Seattle-based e-commerce giant’s second headquarters.
