Shirley Ann Lummus Spencer was born on March 5, 1950, in Melvern, Arkansas, to Rose Ward and Raymond Lummus and entered into her eternal resting place on August 17, 2021, at UT Health Tyler.
Visitation will be held on Monday August 23, 2021, at 12:30 p.m. at J. E. Keevers at 408 N. Dallas St., Ennis. A graveside service will immediately follow at 2 p.m. at Myrtle Cemetery in Ennis.
