Ellis County and District Attorney Ann Montgomery announced that Rodney Allen Williams, 49, of Waxahachie, Texas, was convicted, after a jury trial, of one count of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and two counts on Indecency with a Child.

Though the financial investment associated with a food garden might be minimal, it’s important for prospective gardeners to recognize that the commitment of time required to establish and sustain a food garden can be significant.
