Ennis Steel Industries, LLC, 1801 S. Interstate 45, was purchased by Irwin Industries, LLC, an affiliate of Irwin Steel, LLC, of Justin, Texas. A July 29 press release announced the acquisition by the structural steel fabricator, Irwin, who is certified by the American Institute of Steel Construction.
