Palmer continues its show of progress with news of the addition of ballfields to be used by the Palmer Youth Athletic Association.
This spring scores of young people of elementary age through young teenagers played on baseball and softball teams on fields maintained by Palmer City Parks. Having outgrown their limited facilities, Mayor Laura Miller confirmed plans to build a few more diamonds.
